Always address the intructor as "Sensei" and never by name.

Always arrive punctually for training.

Before starting practice go to the toilet.

Always wear a clean white karate GI in the Dojo.

Do not eat for an hour before training.

No shouting or using offensive language in the Dojo.

No smoking or consumption of food in the Dojo.

Keep fingernails and toenails short to prevent injury to other students when training.

If you are late for training kneel in "Mokuso" posture on instructors left awaiting admission to class.

When acknowledged by instructor bow "OS" and join the class according to your grade.

When the instructor calls for training to begin line up smartly facing the instructor.

While training listen carefully and seriously to the advice given by the instructor.

When you observe the training at the Dojo sit in the proper position, do not stretch your legs out, keep your hands on your lap.

Train hard to improve your own standard and do not criticize your fellow students.

Do not leave the class without first asking the permission of the instructor.

When the instructor calls for "Mokuso" (meditation) close your eyes and breath deeply from the lower stomach, concentrate on the tanden (lower abdomen) and try to achieve concentration.

Always bow when leaving the Dojo.

Always keep the Dojo clean and tidy.

All students must train twice a week before grading is allowed
