Friday 29th

Green belts and above in Portrush registration starts at 6-6.30pm

Taining from 6.30-8 grading straight after.(Cost £26 for green belt and above and all seniors.)

 

Saturday 30th

Yellow belt and below in Aghohill registration between 9-10am followed by training with Sensei Lisa from 10-11am and grading from 11 to 2. £21 for them.

 

£12 for training only with Sensei sherry anyone doing a mock grading for first and second dan £10 on the Saturday at 10-11.
